Police Issue E-FIT After Indecent Exposure Incident at Winchester Viaduct

Police have released an E-FIT image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with an indecent exposure incident that occurred earlier this month in Winchester.

The incident happened at around 2.45pm on Saturday 5 July, near the Railway Viaduct at Hockley Link. A man is reported to have exposed himself to a female runner in the fields adjacent to the viaduct.

Suspect Description

The man is described as:
• White, aged 60 to 70 years old
• Around 5ft tall, with a slim build
• Bald head, flat nose, and blue/green eyes
• Wearing a white bucket hat, dark blue linen trousers, and a navy shirt tied over his shoulders

Police are urging anyone who:
• Was in the Hockley Link/Winchester Viaduct area at the time
• Recognises the man in the E-FIT
• Or has any information that could assist with the investigation
