Police Execute Drug-Related Search Warrants in Woolston
Police have carried out two search warrants on Radstock Road in Woolston this morning (15 August) as part of an ongoing investigation into suspected drug-related activity in the area.
Officers from the Southampton East Neighbourhood Policing Team attended the addresses following concerns raised by local residents. Police say intelligence gathered through community engagement and reports from the public played a key role in shaping the operation.
A Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary spokesperson said the action was aimed at disrupting individuals believed to be involved in high-harm offending and demonstrating that the force is responding directly to community priorities.
“We are listening to our communities and acting on the information they provide,” the spokesperson said. “Operations like this are vital in maintaining a visible policing presence, building trust, and reassuring residents that their concerns are being taken seriously.”
Police are urging anyone who witnesses suspicious activity to report it by calling 101 or using the online reporting tool via the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary website.
