CCTV Images Released in Totton Shoplifting Investigation

Police have released CCTV images of a man and woman they wish to speak to in connection with a shoplifting incident at a supermarket in Totton.
The incident took place at the Asda store on Maynard Road between 1:00pm and 1:25pm on Wednesday, 11 June, during which items of clothing and a soft toy were reportedly stolen.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary are appealing to the public for help in identifying the pair, who are believed to have been accompanied by a child at the time of the incident.
Descriptions Released
The man is described as:
• White
• Aged in his 40s
• Around 5ft 11ins tall
• Of stocky build
• Travelling in a black Ford Ranger
The woman is described as:
• White
• Aged in her 40s
• Approximately 5ft 4ins tall
• Of average to large build
• Bleached blonde hair
• Also driving a black Ford Ranger
Both individuals were reportedly with a child when the theft occurred.
Public Urged to Come Forward
Police believe the individuals pictured in the CCTV images may have vital information that could assist their investigation. Officers are urging the man and woman—or anyone who recognises them—to come forward.
They are also appealing to any members of the public who may have witnessed the incident, seen anything suspicious in the area at the time, or have relevant CCTV, mobile phone, dash cam or doorbell footage.
