Appeal to identify two men after £1,690 shoplifting at Southampton Dunelm
Police have released images of two men they would like to speak to following a reported shoplifting at a Dunelm store in Southampton.
The incident is said to have taken place between 3.45pm and 4.25pm on Thursday 18 December at Dunelm, Western Esplanade, where £1,690 worth of Joseph Joseph cookware was reportedly stolen.
Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary believes the men shown in the images may be able to assist with the investigation.
The first man is described as white, aged between 25 and 30, approximately 5ft 6ins tall, and wearing a Stihl baseball cap, a pale-coloured hooded top, black tracksuit bottoms, and dark trainers.
The second man is also described as white, aged between 25 and 30, approximately 5ft 6ins tall, wearing a black jacket, and a baseball cap.
Officers are urging the men themselves, or anyone who recognises them, to come forward. Police are also keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or noticed anything suspicious in the area at the time.
