Two plead guilty to conspiracy to supply cocaine
Two men from Southampton have pleaded guilty to conspiracy to supply cocaine following an investigation by the South West Regional Organised Crime Unit (SWROCU).
Arlend Titini, 32, of Turnstone Gardens, Southampton, admitted leading a large-scale conspiracy to supply cocaine across the South West and beyond. Titini was extradited from Verona to the region last December to face the charges.
SWROCU’s investigation found Titini played a leading role in an organised crime group supplying cocaine across Dorset and Hampshire and as far afield as Cumbria.
Korab Skepi, 23, of Bellevue Road, Southampton, who worked directly under Titini, also pleaded guilty at a separate hearing at Bournemouth Crown Court on 26 February.
Skepi has been remanded in custody since his arrest in January 2025, when officers executed a warrant at his home and seized 3.1kg of cocaine and £24,000 in cash. A notebook recovered from the address detailed his daily drugs and cash deliveries, while evidence from his mobile phone showed he reported directly to Titini.
In total, officers seized nearly 30kg of cocaine and £167,000 in cash during the investigation.
Both men remain in custody and are due to be sentenced alongside three co-conspirators on 20 April.
Detective Chief Inspector Adam Smith, of SWROCU, said: “The fact all five members of the organised crime group have now pleaded guilty shows the strength of evidence our investigators secured against them.
“They mistakenly thought they could run a cocaine ‘lab’ and stash houses in our region for largescale supply, making themselves huge profits.
“During our investigation, we’ve seized nearly 30kg of cocaine and taken £167,000 cash off them.
“And following sentencing, we’ll turn our attention to stripping any wealth or assets funded through this conspiracy.”
