Police Recover Netley Stolen Vehicle Found in East Dorset
Officers from the Fordingbridge Policing Team played a key role yesterday (Friday 5 September) in recovering a stolen all-terrain vehicle (ATV) as part of a joint operation with Eastleigh Police.
The ATV, which had been reported stolen earlier this week from the Netley area, was successfully located in East Dorset following coordinated efforts between the two police teams. The vehicle has now been returned to its rightful owners, and enquiries are ongoing to identify those responsible for the theft.
Police are urging members of the public to continue supporting efforts to combat crime by sharing any information they may have about suspicious activity in the area.
“Please continue to share your valuable knowledge with us to put thieves and burglars on the back foot,” said a Police spokesperson.
“You can do this confidentially by calling 101, or anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
The team expressed gratitude to the many residents who already contribute to local policing efforts, saying:
“A big thank you to everyone who shares information – you are making a massive difference to your neighbourhood.”
