Police Issue E-Fit After Incident at Southampton Play Park
Police have released an e-fit image of a man they wish to speak to following an incident at a play park on Archery Road, Southampton.
The incident occurred between 6.15pm and 6.30pm on Wednesday 15 October, when a teenage girl was reportedly approached by an unknown man. It was reported that the man spoke to the girl while keeping his hand inside his trousers.
Officers are appealing for information to help identify the man, who is described as:
• White, but tanned
• Aged in his mid-50s
• Slim build
• Mostly bald with some wispy hair
• Grey beard
• Tattoo on the back of his hand
• Of average height
• Wearing a grey zip-up jacket and black trousers
Police are urging anyone who was in the Archery Road area at the time to get in touch, particularly if they saw a man matching the description or recognise the e-fit image. They are also asking for any relevant footage, including mobile phone video, CCTV or doorbell footage, that could assist the investigation.
