Man Seriously Injured After Motorcycle and Pedestrian Collision in Southampton

Officers were called at 6.15pm on Thursday 22 January to reports of a collision on Paynes Road, near the junction with Waterloo Road.

The incident involved a black Honda motorcycle and a pedestrian. The pedestrian, a man in his 40s, suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment, where he remains.

Police are urging anyone who witnessed the collision, or who was driving in the area at the time and may have dash-cam footage, to come forward.
