Hampshire Police Seize Vehicle Following Dangerous Driving Incidents
Hampshire Roads Policing Unit officers have seized a vehicle linked to drifting and dangerous driving at recent car meets, after tracking it to London.
Residents have raised concerns about anti-social driving putting communities at risk. In response, police have taken decisive action to remove the vehicle from the road and prevent further incidents.
The driver is now under full investigation, with authorities emphasising that dangerous driving will not be tolerated, even if it occurs outside the county.
“If you’re willing to come into our county and drive dangerously, we’re prepared to travel out of county to find you,” said a spokesperson for Hampshire Roads Policing.
Hampshire Police also highlighted the importance of public reports in tackling dangerous driving, thanking residents for their continued support.
The operation forms part of #OperationDispense, aimed at identifying offenders, disrupting anti-social driving, and keeping Hampshire roads safe for everyone.
