Four Burglaries Target Sheds and Garages in Eastleigh and Bishopstoke
Police are appealing for witnesses following a series of burglaries targeting sheds and garages across Eastleigh and Bishopstoke over the weekend of 6–7 December.
According to the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary, four incidents were reported between 10pm on Saturday 6 December and 9am on Sunday 7 December, during which padlocks and garage shutters were forcibly opened and items stolen, including bicycles.
The locations and times of the burglaries are as follows:
• Fair Oak Road – between 5.10am and 5.19am (Incident number: 44250551000)
• Weavills Road – between 2.30am and 3.30am (Incident number: 44250550903)
• Chestnut Avenue – at approximately 6.10am (Incident number: 44250551129)
• Cranbury Road – between 10pm on Saturday and 9am on Sunday (Incident number: 44250550998)
Police are asking anyone who saw anything suspicious, particularly a man dressed in black clothing, wearing gloves and a balaclava, to come forward. They are also seeking any CCTV, dashcam, doorbell camera footage, or mobile phone recordings that may assist the investigation.
Anyone with information is asked to call 101, quoting the relevant incident number, or report online via the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary website.

Police say that any detail, no matter how small, could be crucial to catching those responsible.
