Fatal Collision in Nether Wallop: Police Seek Dash Cam Footage and Witnesses
Hampshire Police are appealing for witnesses and dash cam footage following a fatal road traffic collision that occurred in Nether Wallop last week.
Emergency services were called at 11:17am on Friday, 4 July, to reports of a serious collision on the A30 Stockbridge Road, near the junction with the B3084 Salisbury Road.
The crash involved a green Hyundai i20 and a grey Vauxhall Vivaro.
An 87 year old man, who was a passenger in the Hyundai, was taken to Southampton General Hospital with serious injuries. Tragically, he died on the morning of Sunday, 6 July.
Police have launched a full investigation into the circumstances of the collision and are urging anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or who may have relevant dash cam footage from the area at the time, to come forward.
A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary said:
“As part of our investigation we would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision or anyone who has relevant dash cam footage capturing the incident or the moments leading up to it.”
