Driver From Southampton Arrested on Suspicion of Drug Driving After A32 Crash

Police are appealing for witnesses and dash cam footage following a collision on the A32 Wickham Road between Wickham and Droxford on Friday morning (24 October).

Officers were called shortly after 7am to reports of a crash involving a silver BMW 3 Series and a dark-coloured Mini Cooper.

Minor injuries were reported as a result of the incident.

The driver of the BMW, a 26 year old man from Southampton, was arrested on suspicion of drug driving. He has since been released under investigation while further enquiries continue.

Police are now urging anyone who witnessed the collision, or who may have relevant dash cam footage from the area at the time, to come forward.
