We’re currently dealing with a collision on Portsmouth Road in Southampton.

The road is now closed, and will remain closed in both directions for a number of hours between the Station Road junction and the Itchen Bridge roundabout.

We urge anyone driving through the city to avoid this area and seek an alternative route while emergency services work at the scene.
