Man charged after exposure incident at Southampton home

A man has been charged following an exposure incident reported at a residential address in Southampton.

Police were called at around 6.45pm on Wednesday 17 December after a report that a man had entered a property through an unsecured door. It was alleged that he exposed himself and made inappropriate sexual comments towards the female occupant.

Officers attended quickly and arrested a 38-year-old man at the scene.

Antony Angoy, of Grange Road, Southampton, has now been charged with exposure and knowingly or recklessly trespassing on premises with intent to commit a relevant sexual offence.

He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Southampton Magistrates’ Court today (19 December).
