Driver, Potential Victim, Sought After Volkswagen Touran Window-Smashing in Southampton

Hampshire Police have released an image of a car in a bid to trace the driver following a potential criminal damage incident on Carnation Road.

The incident occurred at around 4pm on Saturday, 18 October, when a man reportedly shouted at the driver and punched the rear passenger window of the vehicle. Authorities stress that the driver is considered a potential victim and is not under investigation.

The vehicle involved is believed to be a silver or grey Volkswagen Touran. Police say the image released is not clear enough to show the registration plate and are appealing for the driver to come forward to make an official report if they wish.
