Appeal for Information After Bicycle Stolen Outside Lymington Pub

Hampshire Police are appealing for help in identifying a woman in connection with the theft of a bicycle outside a pub in Lymington earlier this summer.

The incident occurred between 5.55pm and 6.15pm on Saturday, 2 August, outside the Bosun’s Chair public house on Station Street. A green bicycle was reportedly stolen during this 20-minute window.

Officers have now released a CCTV image of a woman they would like to speak to in relation to the theft. She may have information that could assist with their enquiries.

Police are urging anyone who recognises the woman or who may have witnessed the incident to come forward.

Members of the public are asked to call 101, quoting reference number 44250347174.

Information can also be submitted anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or at crimestoppers-uk.org.
