Police Appeal for Information After Electric Bike Stolen from School

Police are appealing for witnesses following the theft of an electric bike from Crestwood Community School (Shakespeare Campus).

The incident took place between 8.40pm and 8.50pm on Thursday, 5 March, at the school site on Shakespeare Road. According to reports, the electric bike — similar to one pictured — was stolen by two unknown boys believed to be aged between 12 and 16.

The first suspect was described as wearing a face covering, dark blue tracksuit, black socks and black trainers, and carrying a small crossbody bag.

The second suspect was described as wearing a face covering, black tracksuit with writing on the left thigh, a black coat, white socks and black trainers, and carrying a black backpack.

Officers are asking anyone who may have witnessed the incident, recognises the descriptions, or knows the current whereabouts of the stolen bike to come forward.
